Let's Go.

This is actually composed well. My eyes are drawn to the carousel, especially the colorful roof. All the lines add movement to the image. Yet they kind of sadly contrast with the non-movement of the carousel. It's as if there's supposed to be something spinning round, but it's not. In fact, looking at the carousel (and the lines) you might think this shot was taken with a very high shutter speed. The photo seems joyous - with the colors and lines and the tight framing that accentuates this - but at the same it feels lonely. Nothing you could do to get more people on that ride though

What you could've done is use a polarizer (if you had one) to help with the glare on the roof of the carousel.
